The bill (Reg. No. 2138) suggests establishing administrative responsibility of officials, operators of electronic grounds for several violations in the procedure of electronic reverse auction.
In particular, the bill suggests to amend the Code of Ukraine of Administrative Infringements, to deforce the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine of the right to execute protocols on administrative infringements stipulated by article 16414 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements.
According to the members of the Committee, one of the effective mechanisms of regulatory requirements in the sphere of ??public procurement is to have the responsibility of officials for violations of the law in this sphere.
